| Vmart.pk allows you to Add products that you want to buy to your Shopping Cart. Once you have completed your shopping, you can review the Shopping Cart and Proceed to make a Payment. The shopping cart also allows you to Change the Quantity, Remove a Product from the Cart and Add more items to the Cart. |

| 4. What are the shipping charges, if any? |
| Vmart.pk delivers your desired products to your doorstep, free of cost. Due to our nationwide network, we can deliver your desired product to anywhere in Pakistan for free*.
* In cases where the product has a weight in excess of 10kgs, a nominal rate shall be charged for shipping. |

| 6. How do I find a product I am looking for? |
| You can use the Advanced Search feature on the website and locate the product you want by either typing the brand, model name or part of the product name.
You can also use the "Manufacturer" drop down menu located on top of the categories tab. By selecting any manufacturer name, the site will display all products by that particular manufacturer |

| 7. What is your privacy policy? |
| Our slogan is "Best Brands @ Best Prices" therefore we leave no stone unturned to ensure that our customers get the lowest prices of these products in Pakistan. |

| 8. Does Vmart offer Warranties and after sales service? |
| We only deal in "Channel" products and thus all our products carry the standard warranties offered by those particular manufacturers in Pakistan. However, different brands have different warranties. Some brands have a "checking warranty" of 1 week while others have complete 1 year or even 3 year warranties. It is advisable to ask our support staff the warranty offered on a particular product before purchasing it. |

| 9. Is Creating an account necessary in order to make a purchase? |
| Although we also accept orders on phone and email, we encourage our customers to place the order on the website by creating an account and registering with us. This allows us to communicate with our customers more efficiently and ensures that the customer is kept upto date during all stages of delivery. |

| 10. How do I create an account on Vmart? |
| Creating an account on Vmart is very simple. Simply click on Sign Up
and fill up the form. |

| 11. What if I forget my password? |
| If you forget your password simply click on Password Forgottenand submit your email address. Vmart.pk will send you your password. |

| 12. Can I change my password/account details? |
| Yes you can. Simply Log in your account on Vmart and click on "My Account". You have the option to change your password, your address, your personal details and even add more addresses in your address book. |

| 13. How do I place an order? |
| There are 3 ways to do that.
1. Place the order online by clicking on "Buy Now" button next to the product you wish to purchase.
2. Email us on admin@vmart.pk your name, address, contact number, email address and the item you wish to purchase. Our staff will handle the rest.
3. Call us on 0323-2290714, 0322-2161119 and place the order. |

| 14. What does "Pending", "Processing" and "Delivered" mean? |
| These are the 3 stages through which each order passes once it is placed on the website.
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an email by Vmart confirming the order placement. Your order status at that time is "Pending".
Soon enough you will be contacted by our staff and informed as to how and when you will receive your ordered item. Once that is communicated and the order is confirmed, the order status will be changed to "Processing".
As soon as the order is delivered, you will receive an email by Vmart confirming delivery and thus your order status will be changed to "Delivered". |

| 15. What are the different payment methods available? |
| Currently, the following modes of payment are available.
1. Cash on Delivery (Karachi Only)
Under this method, you will simply place an order on our website and wait for it to be delivered to your doorstep. You will have to pay in cash to the delivery man upon receiving the item.
2. Pickup from Office (Islamabad/Rawalpindi Only)
Customers from Islamabad/Rawalpindi can place the order on our website and collect the item from our liasion office in Islamabad. Please note that this method is available for selected brands. For more details on how this method works please contact us on admin@vmart.pk
3. Bank Deposit (Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta, Peshawar, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan - All over Pakistan)
You can deposit the billed amount in one of our 2 Bank Accounts.

| 16. How long does it take you to deliver the order? |
| Usually we take 1-2 working days to deliver the item. However, in some cases, it might take longer as delivery is made once the payment is realized. |

| 17. Which brands are available for the "Pickup from Office (For Islamabad/Pindi only) payment method? |
| Currently, only the following brands can be purchased through the pickup option. Before selecting "Pickup from Office" please ensure that the product is from one of the brands listed below:

| 18. What are your delivery timings? |
| We deliver orders between 9 a.m - 6 p.m. You can request a preferred time slot upon placing the order |

| 19. Can I get the order delivered to a different address? |
| Yes you can. Even if you live abroad, and wish to send some product to your home in Pakistan, you can place the order and specify the address where you want the item to be delivered. |
